The founder of Teething To Tantrums, Paula is a qualified Norland nanny and passionate writer with over 40 years of childcare experience. She graduated as Head Nurse from Norland College in 1981 with a Distinction in her Norland Diploma and an NNEB qualification. Paula's career has included roles as a maternity nurse, play therapist, daycare center manager, and live-in nanny, specializing in caring for children aged 0-5. She holds a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with Level 6 ECGPC and the prestigious Norland Diploma.

During the initial consultation, Paula will listen to your concerns and ask questions to get a deeper understanding of your current challenges to offer personalized advice and support for your family.

You will get the opportunity to ask Paula any questions, worries, successes, or suggestions you have to ensure the session and future action plan work for you.

You will leave this session with a clearer idea of how to move forward and within 2-4 days, Paula will send you a personalised action plan that outlines her step-by-step strategies and tips to help you overcome your current parenting struggles.

When the action plan is sent over, Paula will also share a unique link that allows you to book a FREE follow-up consultation.

It is usually recommended to have a 2-week gap between sessions, but Paula will advise you on the best timeframe when sending through your action plan.
